Slow Cooker Cheddar Corn

This rich and creamy cheddar corn is the ultimate no-fuss side dish. Made in the slow cooker with frozen corn, cream, and two types of cheese, it’s a warm, cheesy addition to any meal—perfect for holidays or easy weeknight dinners.


🧾 Ingredients

🍽️ Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Slow Cooker

Lightly coat the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Load the Ingredients

Add the frozen corn, heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker. Stir to mix everything together.

Step 3: Let It Cook

Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1.5–2 hours, until the corn is fully cooked and the mixture is heated through.

Step 4: Stir in the Cheese

Once the corn is tender, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese. Mix well until the cheese has melted completely and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 5: Serve

Spoon the cheesy corn into a serving dish and enjoy warm as a cozy, satisfying side.
