Paula Deen’s 5-Minute Fudge is a quick, indulgent treat — chocolatey, fluffy with marshmallows, and studded with crunchy walnuts. Perfect for holidays, gatherings, or a cozy night in, it comes together in just minutes.

Ingredients:

Evaporated milk2/3 cup

Salt½ teaspoon
Milk chocolate chips1 package (6 oz)
Large marshmallows16 pieces
Pure vanilla extract1 teaspoon

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Base
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until smooth and fully blended.

Step 2: Add the Chocolate
Stir in the chocolate chips and continue cooking until melted and creamy.

Step 3: Mix in Marshmallows and Flavorings
Remove from heat. Add the marshmallows, vanilla extract, and walnuts. Stir until the marshmallows are softened and everything is evenly mixed.

Step 4: Shape the Fudge
Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan. Let it cool completely, then cut into squares.

Step 5: Serve
Enjoy each piece as a rich, sweet, and nutty bite of fudge perfection.
