Mini Sausage Balls

Zesty sausage, creamy cheese, and a hint of Rotel come together in these bite-sized Sausage Balls—perfect for parties, game days, or casual snacking.

Sausage Ball Bites

Ingredients

Uncooked sausage (spicy optional)1 pound
Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained1 can (10 ounces)
Softened cream cheese8 ounces
Bisquick1½ cups
Shredded Mexican cheese blend2 cups

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven and Prep Pan
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

2. Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, Bisquick, and shredded cheese. Stir until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.

3. Shape the Sausage Balls
Roll the mixture into small, uniform balls about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter.

4. Bake
Arrange the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and fully cooked through.

5. Cool and Serve
Allow the bites to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm as a delicious, savory snack!
