Crispy Hashbrown Sausage Bites

Ingredients

Ground breakfast sausage1 pound
Frozen shredded hash browns4 cups
Cream cheese, softened8 ounces
Bisquick1½ cups
Shredded cheddar cheese1½ cups

How to Make Crispy Hashbrown Sausage Bites

Step 1: Heat the Oven & Prep the Pan
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or muffin pan.

Step 2: Combine Everything
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sausage, hash browns, Bisquick, and cheddar until the mixture is fully incorporated.

Step 3: Form the Bites
Roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in size and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet or into the muffin cups.

Step 4: Bake Until Golden
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the bites turn golden on top and the centers are cooked and set.

Step 5: Serve Warm
