For the Chicken Bites:

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

Step 1: Season the Chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.

Step 2: Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Sauté the Garlic
Lower the heat to medium-low. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the same skillet, followed by the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.

Step 4: Make the Pasta Base
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir together, then bring to a gentle simmer. Add the penne and Italian seasoning. Cover and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.

Step 5: Bring It All Together
Return the chicken to the skillet. Stir in the grated Parmesan until melted and the sauce is smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Step 6: Serve and Garnish
Plate the pasta and chicken hot. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley if you’d like a fresh, vibrant finish.
