This simple casserole is a cozy way to use leftover turkey, combining it with cranberry sauce, fresh spinach, and gooey mozzarella for a flavorful meal.

Cranberry Turkey Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:

INGREDIENTAMOUNT
Cooked turkey, shredded2 cups
Fresh spinach, chopped1 cup
Cranberry sauce1 cup
Shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded turkey, chopped spinach, cranberry sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese.

Step 3: Transfer to Dish
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Step 4: Top & Bake
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.

Step 5: Serve
Allow the casserole to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
