“Lazy-morning hero dish—only 3 ingredients! I make it every Christmas morning, and no one ever believes how easy it is.

This easy breakfast bake comes together quickly thanks to refrigerated biscuit dough, then gets topped with eggs and melted cheese for a no-fuss morning meal.

3-Ingredient Biscuit & Egg Breakfast Bake

Ingredients:

INGREDIENTAMOUNT
Refrigerated biscuit dough1 can (8 biscuits)
Large eggs8
Shredded cheddar cheese1 cup

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or a similar-sized dish.

Step 2: Make the Biscuit Base
Cut each biscuit into four small pieces and scatter them evenly along the bottom of the greased dish.

Step 3: Whisk the Eggs
In a bowl, beat the 8 eggs until smooth. (Feel free to season with a little salt and pepper if you prefer.)

Step 4: Assemble the Bake
Pour the beaten eggs over the biscuit pieces so everything is coated, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar evenly across the top.

Step 5: Bake
Place the dish in the oven and cook for 25–30 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the cheese has melted and turned lightly golden.

Step 6: Serve
Allow the casserole to sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
