“A simple 3-ingredient winter goodie. Sweet, tender, and perfect for making your kitchen smell like the holidays.”

This easy dessert casserole uses just three simple ingredients to create a warm, comforting bread pudding filled with sweet apple-and-cinnamon flavor.

3-Ingredient Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding Casserole

Ingredients:

  • Day-old bread, cubed – 6 cups
  • Apple pie filling – 2 cups
  • Cinnamon milk (or regular milk mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon) – 1 cup

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.

Step 2: Combine Bread and Apples
In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the bread cubes with the apple pie filling so the apples are evenly distributed.

Step 3: Add the Milk
Pour the cinnamon-infused milk over the mixture, making sure all the bread pieces absorb some liquid. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to soak.

Step 4: Bake
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is firm.

Step 5: Cool and Serve
Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving warm.
