Oven-Baked 5-Ingredient Beef Pizza Roll-Ups

These Beef Pizza Roll-Ups are quick, cheesy, and perfect for busy nights or snack time. Think savory “pizza swirls” with a golden, crispy crust and a melty, flavorful filling. Using ready-made dough keeps things simple and stress-free.


Ingredients

Pizza sauce, divided¾ cup
Shredded mozzarella cheese1½ cups
Italian seasoning1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment. In a skillet, brown the ground beef 6–8 minutes until no longer pink. Drain fat and stir in ¼ cup of pizza sauce. Let cool slightly.

Tip: Cooling prevents the hot beef from making the dough soggy.

Step 2: Prep the Dough
Roll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12×8-inch rectangle.

Step 3: Layer the Fillings
Spread the remaining ½ cup of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border. Sprinkle with mozzarella, then add the beef mixture evenly on top.

Step 4: Roll and Slice
Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log, pinching the seam to seal. Slice into 8 pieces and place seam-side down. Reshape if needed.

Step 5: Bake
Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet cut-side up. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Step 6: Serve
Let rest 5 minutes for the cheese to set. Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
