Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters – No-Bake

These easy no-bake treats bring together sweet and salty flavors with a satisfying crunch from crushed pretzels and peanuts.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

Ingredients

  • Mini pretzels, roughly crushed – 2 cups
  • Creamy peanut butter – 1 cup
  • White chocolate chips (or semi-sweet/dark) – 1½ cups
  • Coconut oil or butter (optional) – 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped peanuts (optional) – ½ cup
  • Sea salt flakes (optional) – to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pan
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil or butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

Step 3: Combine the Base Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the crushed pretzels, peanut butter, and chopped peanuts if using.

Step 4: Mix Everything Together
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel mixture. Gently fold until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Step 5: Shape the Clusters
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes while still soft, if desired.

Step 6: Chill Until Set
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the clusters are firm. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
