Parmesan Turkey Bombs

Low-Carb Parmesan Turkey Bites

These savory turkey bites are always a hit at gatherings and disappear quickly whenever they’re served. Ground turkey is blended with Parmesan cheese for extra flavor and moisture, while a seasoned mayonnaise topping creates a delicious golden crust as they bake. They’re simple to prepare, low in carbs, and perfect for entertaining or an easy weeknight appetizer.

Baked on a single sheet pan, cleanup is minimal, and the Parmesan creates crispy, cheesy edges that make every bite irresistible. Serve them warm with toothpicks, alongside fresh vegetables, salads, or your favorite low-carb dipping sauces.

Ingredients

IngredientAmount
Ground turkey (93% lean)2 lbs
Finely grated Parmesan cheese1 cup, plus 2 tbsp for topping
Mayonnaise½ cup
Dried Italian seasoning2 tsp, divided

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly grease the surface.

Prepare the Turkey Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Mix gently until everything is evenly incorporated.

Form the Portions

Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and shape them into golf-ball-sized rounds. Gently flatten each one into a thick patty and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.

Add the Topping

In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and remaining teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the turkey portions. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.

Bake

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown, the cheese is bubbling around the edges, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest Before Serving

Allow the turkey bites to rest for about 5 minutes after baking. This helps the juices redistribute and allows the cheesy edges to crisp slightly.

Use a thin spatula to lift them from the pan, making sure to scoop up any crispy Parmesan bits. Serve warm.

Serving Suggestions

These turkey bites pair well with crisp salads, grilled vegetables, cucumber spears, ranch dressing, or blue cheese dip. For a low-carb option, serve with lettuce leaves for wrapping instead of bread or buns.
