This cool, tropical-inspired dessert is perfect for warm weather. Sweet pineapple, rich coconut, and crunchy nuts come together in a creamy, airy mixture that tastes like a mini island getaway.

Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff

Ingredients

Crushed pineapple with juices1 (20 oz) can

Sweetened condensed milk1 (14 oz) can
Maraschino cherries, drained1 (16 oz) jar
Mini marshmallows3 cups
Frozen whipped topping, thawed1 (16 oz) container
Whipped cream, cherries, nuts (for topping)Optional

How to Make Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff

1. Mix the Pineapple and Pudding
In a large mixing bowl, stir together both cans of crushed pineapple—juice included—with the coconut cream pudding mix. Combine until the pudding mix dissolves and the mixture is smooth.

2. Add the Condensed Milk
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully blended.

3. Fold in the Add-Ins
Gently incorporate the drained maraschino cherries, toasted macadamia nuts, mini marshmallows, and thawed whipped topping. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

4. Chill the Fluff
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until cold and set.

5. Serve and Garnish
Before serving, you can top the fluff with whipped cream, extra cherries, and more toasted macadamia nuts if you like. Serve chilled and enjoy!
