These Low-Carb 3-Ingredient Ham Bombs are the perfect quick and cheesy comfort snack. Made with deli ham, cream cheese, and cheddar, they bake into warm, melty bites that are satisfying, simple, and great for busy days or easy meal prep.

Step 1: Prep the Dish

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with ½ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and spreadable.

Step 3: Roll the Ham Bombs

Lay the ham slices flat on a clean surface. Spoon a small amount of filling onto each slice and spread slightly down the center. Roll each slice tightly into a log and place seam-side down in the baking dish.

Step 4: Add the Cheese

Arrange the rolls snugly in the dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Step 5: Bake

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the ham are lightly browned.

Step 6: Rest and Serve

Let the ham bombs rest for 3–5 minutes before serving warm.
