Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls

Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls

Turn your Thanksgiving leftovers into something new and irresistible! These savory bites combine turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes into cheesy, crispy balls that are oven-baked to perfection. Ideal as a snack, appetizer, or side dish in the days after the big meal.

Ingredients

IngredientAmount
Mashed potatoes2 cups
Stuffing2 cups
Cooked turkey (shredded)1 cup
Parmesan cheese (grated)½ cup
Egg (beaten)1
Bread crumbs¼ cup
Salt¼ teaspoon
Ground black pepper⅛ teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1: Prep and Mix
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, Parmesan, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is evenly blended.

Step 2: Shape the Balls
Scoop out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.

Step 3: Bake Until Golden
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the outside is crisp and lightly browned, and the inside is warmed through.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce—gravy or cranberry sauce both work wonderfully.
