Sausage, Green Bean, and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

Red potatoes, diced or sliced1 lb

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prepare Dish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large casserole dish to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, toss together the sausage, potatoes, green beans, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Alternatively, you can mix everything directly in the casserole dish and brown the sausage first for extra flavor.

Step 3: Bake Covered
Cover the casserole with foil and bake for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is fully cooked.

Step 4: Brown the Top
Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5–10 minutes to achieve a lightly golden finish.
