Crab Salad

Crab Seafood Salad
This refreshing and creamy Crab Seafood Salad is quick to make and full of flavor. With imitation crab, crisp celery, and a seasoned mayo-based dressing, it’s ideal for serving on sandwiches, with crackers, or as a standalone light lunch.


Ingredients:

Celery, finely minced½ cup
Imitation crab meat1 pound
Dill½ teaspoon
Mayonnaise½ cup
Paprika½ teaspoon
Kosher salt¼ teaspoon
Black pepper¼ teaspoon
Shallot, minced1 shallot

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients
    In a large mixing bowl, add the minced celery, imitation crab meat, dill, mayonnaise, paprika, minced shallot, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix Gently
    Stir the mixture gently until all ingredients are well combined and evenly coated.
  3. Chill
    Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve
    Serve chilled with your choice of crackers, on toasted bread or rolls, or enjoy it on its own.
