How to Make Country Ranch Green Beans ‘n Potatoes with Bacon

Step 1: Cook the Potatoes
Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for 10–12 minutes, until they’re soft enough to pierce with a fork. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Green Beans
Cook the green beans in boiling water for 5–7 minutes, until they’re tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Bacon
Fry the bacon strips until crisp. Crumble the pieces and reserve. Keep about 1 tablespoon of the bacon drippings in a large skillet.

Step 4: Mix the Ranch Butter
Combine the melted butter with the ranch seasoning mix and the minced garlic, stirring until fully blended.

Step 5: Bring It All Together
Reheat the skillet with the bacon drippings over medium heat. Add the cooked potatoes, green beans, and crumbled bacon. Drizzle the ranch butter over everything and toss gently to coat.
