Step 1: Combine
Place the condensed milk and coconut flakes into a medium saucepan.
Stir well until the coconut is fully coated.

Step 2: Cook
Set the saucepan over medium-high heat.
Stir constantly to prevent sticking or scorching.
Cook for 8–10 minutes, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Step 3: Shape
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
