Place the drumsticks in a large zip-top bag and pour in the marinade. Press out excess air, seal, and refrigerate for several hours or up to 24 hours.
Tip: If you’re short on time, massage the marinade into the drumsticks for about 5 minutes to help the flavors absorb more quickly.
Step 3: Bake the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the drumsticks and marinade to a baking dish, arranging the chicken in a single layer.
Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until the chicken is deeply golden and reaches an internal temperature of 185°F.
Step 4: Serve
Remove from the oven and serve hot. Spoon the rich pan juices over the drumsticks and enjoy with sides like rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
