“Amish Winter Delight” — only 3 simple ingredients. I make it whenever I want a cozy treat with zero hassle.

This incredibly easy casserole brings together juicy chicken breasts and a rich, velvety sauce made from just condensed soup and sour cream.

3-Ingredient Amish Creamy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

IngredientAmount
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts4
Condensed cream of chicken soup1 can (10½ oz)
Sour cream1 cup

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Mix the Sauce
Combine the condensed cream of chicken soup and sour cream in a bowl, stirring until completely blended and smooth.

Step 3: Add the Sauce
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken, coating each piece well.

Step 4: Bake Covered
Seal the dish with foil and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the chicken is nearly cooked through.

Step 5: Bake Uncovered
Take off the foil and return the dish to the oven for about 10 more minutes, allowing the top to lightly brown. Make sure the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.

Step 6: Serve
Dish up the chicken while hot, generously spooning the luxurious sauce over each portion.
