Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the slow cooker
Place the beef stew meat in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Step 2: Add the sauce
Pour the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and onion soup mix over the beef. Stir to coat the meat evenly and dissolve the soup mix.
Step 3: Slow cook
Cover and cook on Low for 6–8 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.
Step 4: Cook the noodles
About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 5: Combine
Stir the cooked noodles into the slow cooker with the beef and sauce. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes so the noodles absorb the flavors and warm through.
Step 6: Serve
Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley for color and freshness.
