Garlic Parmesan Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 400 g
  • Grated Parmesan – 50 g
  • Garlic powder – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Provençal herbs – 2 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Rinse the 400 g of potatoes well, leaving the skins on for added texture. Slice each potato into 6 long wedges.
  2. Season: Place the wedges in a large bowl and coat them thoroughly with 50 g of Parmesan, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of Provençal herbs, plus salt and pepper.
  3. Ready to Bake: Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the wedges out in a single, even layer.
  4. Bake: Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the wedges for roughly 50 minutes, or until they turn crisp and golden on the outside while remaining soft on the inside.
  5. Serve: Take them out of the oven and enjoy immediately with ketchup or your preferred dipping sauce.
