Sweet Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza


This Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza is a fast, crowd-pleasing dessert made with refrigerated dough that bakes up flaky and buttery. Picture a giant cinnamon roll—only shaped like a pizza!

Ingredients

Pizza Base

  • Refrigerated crescent roll dough – 2 cans (8 oz each)
  • Unsalted butter, melted – ¼ cup
  • Granulated sugar – ½ cup
  • Ground cinnamon – 2 tbsp

Glaze

  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup
  • Milk – 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract – ¼ tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Dough
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circle on a large pizza pan, with the points facing the center.

Step 2: Shape the Crust
Slightly overlap the edges and press the seams together to form one continuous, round crust.

Step 3: Add the Cinnamon Sugar
Brush the entire surface of the dough with melted butter. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough.

Step 4: Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is puffed and golden.

Step 5: Make the Glaze
While the pizza is baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add a little more milk if needed to reach a pourable consistency.

Step 6: Finish and Serve
Drizzle the glaze over the warm pizza as soon as it comes out of the oven. Slice into wedges and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
