❄️ Slow Cooker Snowballs
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| White chocolate chips | 2 bags (12 oz each) |
| Slivered almonds | 1 cup |
| Shredded coconut | 1½ cups |
| Rice Krispie cereal | 1½ cups |
How to Make Slow Cooker Snowballs
Step 1: Melt the Chocolate
Add both bags of white chocolate chips to the slow cooker and set it to LOW. Heat for 30 minutes, give it a good stir, then continue cooking for another 15–20 minutes until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Step 2: Mix in the Add-Ins
Stir in the slivered almonds, shredded coconut, and rice cereal. Mix thoroughly so every piece is evenly coated with the melted white chocolate.
Step 3: Scoop the Snowballs
Leave the slow cooker on LOW to keep the mixture workable. Using a lightly greased cookie scoop, drop portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or flat surface.
Step 4: Set and Store
Let the clusters cool until firm—placing them in the refrigerator will speed up the process. Once set, store the snowballs in an airtight container.
