- Preheat and Cook Beef
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain off any excess grease. - Season the Beef
Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened. - Mix with Beans and Corn
In a large bowl, combine the seasoned beef with black beans and frozen corn. Stir until everything is well incorporated. - Layer the Casserole
- Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips across the bottom of a 9Ă—13-inch baking dish.
- Spoon the beef-bean-corn mixture evenly over the chips.
