Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1 lb
- Minute rice (white or brown) – 2 cups
- Cream of mushroom soup – 1 can (10½ oz)
- Cream of chicken soup – 1 can (10½ oz)
- Water – 1 can (use the empty soup can to measure)
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
- Lipton onion soup mix – 1 envelope
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Pan
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
Step 2: Make the Rice Base
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and rice until smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Dish
Spread the rice mixture evenly in the prepared pan. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice layer.
Step 4: Add Seasoning
