Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1 lb
  • Minute rice (white or brown) – 2 cups
  • Cream of mushroom soup – 1 can (10½ oz)
  • Cream of chicken soup – 1 can (10½ oz)
  • Water – 1 can (use the empty soup can to measure)
  • Butter – 1 tablespoon
  • Lipton onion soup mix – 1 envelope

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Pan

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.

Step 2: Make the Rice Base

In a medium bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and rice until smooth and well combined.

Step 3: Assemble the Dish

Spread the rice mixture evenly in the prepared pan. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice layer.

Step 4: Add Seasoning

Sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix evenly over the chicken to enhance flavor and help the chicken develop a golden-brown finish.
