- Preheat & Prepare
Heat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. - Assemble the Sticks
Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into 8 equal rectangles. In the center of each rectangle, layer 3–4 pepperoni slices and top with a mozzarella stick. - Roll It Up
Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges and seams closed to seal in all that melty goodness. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet. - Butter & Bake
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over each rolled stick. Bake for 11–13 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. - Dip & Enjoy
