Homemade Pizza Sticks

These cheesy, savory pizza sticks are the perfect handheld snack—ideal for busy weeknights, party platters, or anytime cravings. Wrapped in golden, flaky dough and loaded with pepperoni and mozzarella, they’re finished with a buttery garlic-herb glaze and best served with your favorite dip.


🧾 Ingredients

Pepperoni slices6 oz
Mozzarella cheese sticks8 sticks
Butter, melted3 tbsp
Italian seasoning1 tsp

👨‍🍳 Directions

  1. Preheat & Prepare
    Heat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Assemble the Sticks
    Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into 8 equal rectangles. In the center of each rectangle, layer 3–4 pepperoni slices and top with a mozzarella stick.
  3. Roll It Up
    Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges and seams closed to seal in all that melty goodness. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Butter & Bake
    In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over each rolled stick. Bake for 11–13 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  5. Dip & Enjoy
    Serve hot with warm marinara or cool ranch dressing for dipping. Perfect for pulling apart and sharing—or keeping all to yourself!
