Crockpot Pineapple Barbecue Meatballs

This easy dish works as an appetizer or a main meal, featuring frozen meatballs simmered in a sweet and tangy mix of barbecue sauce, pineapple, and brown sugar.

Slow Cooker Pineapple BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients:

Frozen meatballs1 bag (16 oz)
BBQ sauce (your favorite)1 bottle (18 oz)
Pineapple chunks1 can (20 oz)
Brown sugar1/2 cup
Garlic powder1 tsp
Pineapple juice (from can)Included

Instructions:

Step 1: Mix Everything Together
Add the 16 oz bag of frozen meatballs to the slow cooker. Pour in the full 18 oz bottle of barbecue sauce, along with the 20 oz can of pineapple chunks and all their juice.

Step 2: Season
Sprinkle in 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Stir gently so the meatballs are evenly coated in the sauce.

Step 3: Cook
Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for about 2 hours, or until the meatballs are fully heated and the sauce is bubbly.

Step 4: Serve
Serve warm, either over rice for a main meal or with toothpicks as a fun party appetizer.
