Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

This recipe offers an easy and tasty way to enjoy cauliflower. Roasting brings out its natural sweetness, while a blend of spices adds a flavorful punch.

Instructions

🔪 Prepare the Cauliflower

  • Rinse the cauliflower and discard the outer leaves.
  • Cut the head into evenly sized florets.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until the mixture is well blended.

🥣 Season the Cauliflower

  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl.
  • Gently toss until all pieces are coated in the seasoning.

🔥 Roast the Cauliflower

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the florets in a single layer for even cooking.
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even browning.

  • Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
