My Amish friend showed me this ‘Poor Man’s Steak’ recipe

Amish Poor Man’s Steak
Amish Poor Man’s Steak is a comforting, budget-friendly dish inspired by traditional Amish home cooking. Instead of expensive cuts of beef, seasoned ground beef patties are used and baked in a creamy mushroom gravy until tender and flavorful. The result is a hearty, satisfying meal that delivers classic “steak-and-gravy” comfort using simple pantry ingredients.
Perfect for family dinners, this dish is warm, filling, and easy to prepare.
