Butterfinger-Style No-Bake Treats

These rich Butterfinger Balls are a simple no-bake treat made with a creamy peanut butter filling blended with crunchy Butterfinger candy pieces, all finished with a smooth chocolate coating.
Butterfinger Balls (No-Bake Candy)
Ingredients
- Creamy peanut butter – 1⅓ cups
- Salted butter, softened – ½ cup
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar – 2 cups
- Butterfinger Bits (plus extra for topping, optional) – 1½ cups
- Chocolate melting wafers – 3 cups
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat together the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla for about 30 seconds, until smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Add the Sugar and Candy
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated and creamy. Gently fold in the Butterfinger Bits until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Step 3: Chill the Mixture
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture and make it easier to work with.
Step 4: Shape the Candy
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a medium cookie scoop, portion the mixture, roll into balls, and arrange on the prepared sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes, until firm.
Step 5: Melt the Chocolate
Just before removing the balls from the freezer, melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring between each, until smooth.
Step 6: Coat the Balls
Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 7: Set and Enjoy
If desired, sprinkle with extra Butterfinger Bits. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate until fully hardened before serving.
