🧾 Ingredients
Ingredient | Quantity |
---|---|
Refrigerated biscuit dough (8 ct) | 1 can (16 oz) |
Mozzarella cheese, cubed | 8 oz (cut into 8 cubes) |
Unsalted butter, melted | ¼ cup |
Garlic, finely minced | 3 cloves |
Dried parsley | 1 teaspoon |
Dried oregano | ½ teaspoon |
Salt | ¼ teaspoon |
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional) | For garnish |
👩🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Oven & Dough
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each one into a 4-inch circle.
Step 2: Add the Cheese
Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough round. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal tightly. Roll into a smooth ball and arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
Step 3: Mix Garlic Butter
Combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, and salt in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.
Step 4: Bake
Brush the dough balls with half of the garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately brush with the remaining garlic butter.
Step 5: Serve Warm
Sprinkle with Parmesan, if using, and serve hot. These bites pair wonderfully with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
