Garlic Parmesan Baked Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 400 g
- Grated Parmesan – 50 g
- Garlic powder – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Provençal herbs – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Rinse the 400 g of potatoes well, leaving the skins on for added texture. Slice each potato into 6 long wedges.
- Season: Place the wedges in a large bowl and coat them thoroughly with 50 g of Parmesan, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of Provençal herbs, plus salt and pepper.
- Ready to Bake: Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the wedges out in a single, even layer.
- Bake: Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the wedges for roughly 50 minutes, or until they turn crisp and golden on the outside while remaining soft on the inside.
- Serve: Take them out of the oven and enjoy immediately with ketchup or your preferred dipping sauce.
