Slow Cooker Three-Ingredient Pineapple Dump Cake

Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Ready the Slow Cooker
Lightly coat the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray or a bit of butter.

Step 2: Add the Pineapple
Pour the can of crushed pineapple—juice and all—into the bottom of the slow cooker.

Step 3: Add the Cake Mix
Scatter the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pineapple, making sure it forms a full layer.

Step 4: Pour on the Butter
Drizzle the melted butter across the surface of the cake mix, covering as much area as possible.

Step 5: Cook the Cake
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the top is lightly browned, the edges are bubbling, and the cake has firmed up.

Step 6: Serve
Switch off the slow cooker and let the dessert cool for a few minutes before spooning it out and serving.
