Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet
This one-pan dish combines hearty steak and flavorful potatoes, seasoned with garlic and herbs for a comforting dinner any night of the week.
Ingredients

| Sirloin Steak | 1 ½ pounds, thinly sliced |
| Baby Potatoes | 1 pound, halved |
| Unsalted Butter | 4 tablespoons, divided |
| Garlic | 4 cloves, minced |
| Dried Thyme | 1 teaspoon |
| Dried Rosemary | 1 teaspoon |
| Salt & Black Pepper | To taste |
| Fresh Parsley | Chopped, for garnish |
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your preference. Transfer the steak to a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the halved baby potatoes in a single layer. Sprinkle garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper over the potatoes.
- Cook the potatoes for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender.
- Return the steak to the skillet and toss everything together for 1–2 minutes so the flavors meld.
- Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
