How to Make Classic Italian Meatloaf

  1. Preheat:
    Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine the breadcrumbs and milk in a small bowl and let them soak.
  2. Mix the meatloaf:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the soaked breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and eggs. Mix gently to avoid compacting the meat.
  3. Shape and place:

  4. Add sauce:
    Spoon 1/2 cup of marinara over the top of the loaf.
