Crab Seafood Salad
This refreshing and creamy Crab Seafood Salad is quick to make and full of flavor. With imitation crab, crisp celery, and a seasoned mayo-based dressing, it’s ideal for serving on sandwiches, with crackers, or as a standalone light lunch.
Ingredients:

| Shallot, minced | 1 shallot |
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, add the minced celery, imitation crab meat, dill, mayonnaise, paprika, minced shallot, salt, and pepper. - Mix Gently
Stir the mixture gently until all ingredients are well combined and evenly coated. - Chill
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. - Serve
